12 % of the purchase price: On completion of the facade and windows including glazing
12 % of the purchase price: When the object is ready for occupancy or on handover ahead of schedule pursuant to prior arrangement.
4 % of the purchase price: On completion of the complete premises
2 % of the purchase price: Due 3 years after the handover of the said object. For the client’s benefit, this amount is initially invested as a guarantee or insurance. The building contractor receives this amount on completion of the 3-year period following the handover of the object.
